There are many reasons why some people build muscles faster than others. The main cause has, however, been attributed to the ignorance when it comes to the workout components to build muscles. When all components are not considered, chances are that the exercise and building muscles process will be done incorrectly.

  • The most important of all workout components to build muscles is the warm up. It is highly advised against starting exercising without first preparing the muscles for the progress. With warm-ups, the bodybuilder is able to avoid injuries caused by sudden change in tension when working out.
     
  • Second, how the whole progress in working out runs is the second component that has to be considered. There are many exercise and building muscle options that bodybuilders can use. The problem is that the efficiency varies. Bodybuilders are advised to get a guidebook to monitor their exercises. Straining yourself does not mean that the results will be reliable. In most cases, people end up with injuries when rigorous exercises are done.
     
  • The third most important workout component to build muscles is the relaxation after working out. The muscles have to be tuned well else injuries will be incurred. The final steps should involve lighter workout and then a bath.
